Krav Maga Classes in Tokyo

At our Krav Maga school in Tokyo–Nakameguro, we offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced students, on weekday evenings and weekends. Conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Nakameguro Station, it’s easy to attend after work. You can learn self-defense techniques and practical training in one-hour sessions, taught in both English and Japanese. With a regular schedule, you can progress efficiently step by step.

  • Private Classes are by appointment only ｜プライベートクラスは予約制です

  • All classes taught in English & Japanese｜全クラス英語・日本語で指導

  • Open Mats are for self-practice without instructor supervision｜オープンマットはインストラクターの監督なしの自主練習です

  • Grading test events are held in Nakameguro every three months on the third Saturday of the month (January, April, July, and October)｜グレーディングテストは中目黒で3か月ごと、1月・4月・7月・10月の第3土曜日に開催されます

5 minutes walk from Nakameguro Station on the Tokyo Metro and Tokyu Toyoko lines

After exiting the main ticket gate (the one with Starbucks), go left along the road in front of you (Yamate-dori).
Cross the road at the second traffic light to the right. (This is the light before Big Echo.)
After crossing the traffic light, go straight. Apaman Shop is the third building on the right, on the first floor. (It's the building next to 24KARATS.)
Please use the elevator or stairs to go to the 3rd floor.
